【How to Play】
NEW STATE Mobile, a much-anticipated release from KRAFTON, Inc., the same developers behind PUBG, offers a futuristic twist to the battle royale genre. The game is set in 2051, and players drop into a post-apocalyptic world with the aim of being the last person or team standing.
Once you launch the game, you can choose to play solo, duo, or in a squad. Depending on your choice, you will be matched with 99 other solo players or fewer teams, making it a total of 100 participants on the battleground.
The game mechanics might feel familiar to those who’ve played PUBG or other battle royales. After a brief time in the waiting area, players are flown over the map in a futuristic vehicle from which they can choose their landing spot. Upon landing, the immediate goal is to scavenge for weapons, ammunition, and essential survival items. As the game progresses, a shrinking play zone – a blue energy wall – forces players closer together, intensifying the combat.
Additionally, new features unique to NEW STATE Mobile include the ability to customize weapons in-game using “customization kits.” These kits allow players to modify their weapons on-the-fly, adding new tactical layers. Also, the inclusion of futuristic vehicles and tools, like drones and deployable combat shields, offers innovative approaches to combat.
As always, strategy is crucial. Whether it is choosing the right landing spot, engaging or avoiding enemy players, or making use of the new game features, every decision can make the difference between victory and defeat. Players must keep an eye on the map, stay aware of the shrinking zone, and always be on the lookout for opponents.
